David Watts, SHRM-SCP
Senior Director of Human Resources
- About David: David has more than 20 years of human resource experience in healthcare in the Upper Valley, most recently as the Director of Human Resources at Kendal at Hanover. He is a frequent volunteer with area non-profits and can often be found on a bike, on a trail, or in the garden. David and his family live in Vermont and spend considerable time in the Northeast Kingdom. He is currently enrolled in the Chief Human Resource Officer executive education program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and Master’s in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst
- Role at APD: Overseeing the human resources functions and collaborating with the Dartmouth Health system-wide human resources team.
- Why APD: APD’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging was a significant reason I wanted to join this community.
Tiffany Wothers
HR Generalist
- About Tiffany: Dog mom, coffee lover, and everything Disney obsessed! In her free time, you can find Tiffany curled up with a good thriller mystery book, or exploring the Disney parks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, SHRM certified.
- Role at APD: I work with employees and managers on many different aspects of HR topics and provide guidance and counsel to various departments. I love working on data and compliance related projects which help drive more efficient processes.
- Why APD: The community and company culture at APD is one of a kind. APD is positively known in the community and recommended by many. I love being a part of this community, and being able to make an impact as an employee of APD.

- About Jen: I love being outside as much as possible walking, hiking, skiing, on the water, and exploring. I love traveling and I am always on the hunt for a great bakery wherever I go!
