What is myDH?
Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital launched a single health record that unites information across APD and Dartmouth Health. This allows you to access your unified health record in a single patient portal called myDH. In addition to convenient access to all of your health information, myDH offers you secure communications with your healthcare team, appointment requests and reminders, prescription renewal requests, real-time billing, and more.
