Clay Adams, MBA, is the CEO of Mascoma Bank. He was previously with Simon Pearce, a manufacturer and distributor of handcrafted glass products, which he joined as CEO in 2012. Prior to Simon Pearce, he served for a decade as Chief Operating Officer and then CEO with RSG, Inc., a White River Junction-based consulting firm.
Adams holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in government and environmental studies from Dartmouth. He is also a board member of the Montshire Museum of Science and the Ford Sayre Memorial Ski Council. He is one of several Vermont business leaders chosen by Congressman Peter Welch to serve on the Business Advisory Council, which provides guidance on economic and regulatory issues. Adams lives in Norwich, Vermont with his family.
