Sausage Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sausage (one hot and one regular)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups peeled and diced potato
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 can whole kernel corn, not drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
Directions
- Brown sausage with onion.
- Separately, in a stock pot, add water and potato. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add all other ingredients to pot.
- Cook, stirring regularly, and serve when hot.
- Serves up to eight people.
