Davé graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned her medical degree through a joint program at the Geisel School of Medicine and the Alpert Medical School at Brown University. She completed residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Duke University Medical Center, and a fellowship in infectious disease at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
